Architectural Drafting
The Architectural Drafting program prepares students to apply technical knowledge and skills to develop working drawings and electronic simulations for architectural and related construction projects. The program includes instruction in basic construction and design, rendering, computer-aided drafting (CAD), and blueprinting. The Architectural Drafting CTE program offers students knowledge and skills that meet the needs of the workplace.
Digital Photography
The Digital Photography program prepares students to produce and preserve images that communicate, convey ideas and feelings, and tell a story using technical expertise, creativity, and composition skills. Throughout the Digital Photography program, students learn and practice valuable real-world skills using professional-grade digital cameras and industry-standard image editing software to create high-quality media products.
Engineering
The Engineering program introduces students to apply basic engineering principles and technical skills in support of engineers engaged in a wide variety of projects. Students develop skills for research, production, and operations and applications to specific engineering specialties. Throughout the Engineering instructional program, students learn and develop problem-solving skills by tackling real-world engineering problems.
Film & TV Production
The Film and TV Production program prepares students to produce digital films and videos and to work in a variety of on- and off-camera positions within traditional and emerging video production industries. Students who complete the Film and TV Production program develop an in-depth understanding of audio-visual techniques to produce a cohesive, professional-grade finished product. Throughout the program, students learn and practice valuable real-world skills using professional video production equipment and software to create high-quality media products.
Graphic Design
The Graphic Design program prepares students to use technical expertise, creativity, and esthetic principles to design and create visual concepts that meet specific commercial or promotional needs. Throughout the Graphic Design program students will learn the best practices unique to graphic design and related industries and will use real-world skills and professional-grade software to create high-quality designs and projects.
Medical Assisting
The Medical Assisting Services program prepares students to provide medical office administrative services and perform clinical duties including patient intake, care, routine diagnostic, and recording procedures. Instruction in basic anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, ethics, psychology, and communications is included in the program. The professional skills developed by business and industry leaders across Arizona are integrated throughout the program.
Sports Medicine
The Sports Medicine program introduces students to the various disciplines within sports medicine and rehabilitation sciences. Students learn analysis of human movement based on anatomical and mechanical principles. Emphasis is placed on the anatomy and physiology of the muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems and their interaction in human movement and athletic performance.
